2 cups sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of kosher salt
3 ripened bananas
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
1 stick of butter or 1/2 cup coconut cream/ghee
1 cup unrefined sugar
Preheat oven to 365 degrees.
Sift together all dry ingredients and set aside.
Cream together: butter, sugar, extract – combine mashed bananas and eggs.
OPTIONAL: For added color, texture and taste with additional nutrients:
1 Tbsp. Flax seed
Add Oat Bran to substitute some of the flour content.

Baking Options: Half full large muffin pans- 30-35 minutes. Four small loaf pans- 30-40 minutes.
