Mission Statement
First Impressions began in 1998, as a confirmation of my personal healing with cancer, re-inventing lifestyle, career changes, and single parenthood. My passion is helping others to change old belief systems that they may have about themselves; it is my testimony that a quality of life can be taught and expressed. First Impressions is dedicated to the social development and creative expression of all young adults, boys and girls, youth and adults of all ages. This workshop, or a workshop series can be conformed to fit your business needs, giving your business an authentic look and style. First Impressions consists of seven consecutive (weekly or twice weekly) classes to optimize and maximize your full potential, synthesizing the five A’s with personal style and new-found perspective. Embrace personal challenges and change, set goals, activate, and experience life with fluidity and confidence. Workshops offers social skill development, how to impress in an interview, and ignites creative expression. Introduction to basic etiquette and nutritional awareness will be explored, value’s and social interaction. Group rate for each seven-week session is $200.00 (supplies extra). First Impressions Count
Consultation is FREE! Sebastopol Community Cultural Center will be offering a two day – two hour special for all interested youth in learning modeling skills, presentation and how to make a lasting First Impression. Only $60.00, six person minimum, Tuesday, June 19th, 2-4 and Thursday, June 21, 2-4 p.m. 2012 is the year for dreams and active goal achieving.
First Impressions I – Unleash Your Potential
A seven-week workshop exploring the basics of social development, including basic etiquette. Focus is on building an ethical foundation, journaling, and the art of conversation. Your child learns to recognize their uniqueness through journaling and forms of expression that build confidence. Techniques will include learning the 5 A’s of personal accomplishment. This workshop encourages self-acceptance while increasing self-confidence and sparking creativity. Before and after shots available. This seven week program can be broken down to two half day sessions and is available for girls, groups, boys, and school programs.
Available for all age groups, young and old. $200.00 for seven weeks, or two half days.
First Impressions II – Explore Your Opportunities
A seven week program for the more socially involved young adult, with focus on social interaction, role playing, reading out load. This workshop integrates the awareness of the 5 A’s with focus on presentation and personal style development. Learn to build a wardrobe for work, and play. Grooming, posturing and presentation will be included in this curriculum. All classes will be photographed for before and after shots. Workshop can be divided into two half day sessions.
Focus is more on presentation, and performance. $200.00 for seven weeks, or two half days.
First Impressions III – Active Aspirations
This seven week personalized workshop focuses on professional modeling, makeup techniques for photography, studio and personal; goal setting, styling and fashion with an emphasis on presentation. A Ziploid Production fashion show, or group performance will be considered upon completion. First Impressions, last a lifetime as you develop and feel confident with your unique sense of style. Make your best investment – invest in yourself, or your child. A gift that enhances your life, and the life of others. A gift that acknowledges and develops your potential and worth. Photography and lose of self consciousness will be part of the curriculum.
