Mission Statement
First Impressions began in 1998, as a confirmation of my personal healing with cancer, re-inventing lifestyle, career changes, and single parenthood. My passion is helping others to change old belief systems that they may have about themselves; it is my testimony that a quality of life can be taught and expressed. First Impressions is dedicated to the education, social development and creative expression for youth and adults of all ages who are facing cancer or other extremely challenging health issues. This workshop, or a workshop series can be conformed to fit your scheduling needs. Learn the 5 A’s of success. Through education, fitness secrets, and fashion development you will be able to Live your “A” Game. First Impression’s is a program that is being sponsored through Ziploid Foundation.org and is held in Sebastopol at the Dharma Studio.

First Impressions consists of ten consecutive (weekly or twice weekly) classes to optimize and maximize your full potential, synthesizing the five A’s with personal style and new-found perspective. Embrace personal challenges and change, set goals, activate, and experience life with fluidity and confidence. Workshops offers social skill development, how to impress in an interview, and ignites creative expression. Introduction to basic etiquette and nutritional awareness will be explored, value’s and social interaction. Group rate for each ten session is $200.00 (supplies extra). Personal Consultation is FREE! Two hour workshops now available. Come explore all aspects of the Dharma Studio, and expand through self-care, awareness, fitness and fashion. A “Front Office Look” with a “Front Office Attitude” is vital to success. Your appearance speaks louder than words. If you are in need of a current tune up, take two hours to learn how to enhance your best features and present your best self. A two hour workshop can make you camera ready – two hours only $100.00. If your focus is walking like a model you can schedule two hours for a course on walking and presentation, for the same price. If fashion is your passion learn how to dress for the job you want, not the job you have. Chose your two hour workshop: Makeover for Television or Internet, Runway Walking, Modeling, Fashion Building, Etiquette and Entertainment Skills.
Your company can learn to make a Lasting First Impression by learning leadership skills and styling tips; dress for success. Company styling consultation billed as needed.

First Impressions I, II, III – 10 Days, 10 Ways, to be 100%.
A ten day workshop exploring the basics of social development, 10 days, 10 ways, to be 100% the person you are meant to be. Focus is on building an ethical foundation, journaling, and the art of conversation. Your child learns to recognize their uniqueness through journaling and forms of expression that build confidence. Techniques will include learning the 5 A’s of personal accomplishment. This workshop encourages self-acceptance while increasing self-confidence and sparking creativity. Before and after shots available. This ten day program can be broken down to weekly, or two half days. Each workshop is about two hours long. First Impressions is available for girls, groups, boys, and school programs.
FI I is for the youngest groups ages 8-11. $400 for a personal ten- day workshop, or $200.00 for groups of two or more.
First Impressions II – 10 Days, 10 Ways to be 100%.
A ten day workshop for the more socially involved young adult, 10 ways, 10 days, to become 100% the person you are meant to be. Focus will be on social interaction, role playing, fashion, presentation, and fitness. This workshop integrates the awareness of the 5 A’s with focus on personal style development. Learn to build a wardrobe for work and play. Grooming, posturing and presentation will be included in this curriculum. All classes will be photographed for before and after shots. Workshop can be divided into two half day sessions.
FI II – ages 11-14 $400.00 for the 10 day Workshop – Half that rate for groups of two or more.
First Impressions III – 10 Days, 10 Ways to be 100%.
This ten day workshop focuses on professional modeling, makeup techniques for photography, studio and personal; goal setting, styling and fashion with an emphasis on presentation. A Ziploid Production fashion show, or group performance will be considered upon completion. First Impressions, last a lifetime as you develop and feel confident with your unique sense of style. Make your best investment – invest in yourself, or your child. A gift that enhances your life, and the life of others. A gift that acknowledges and develops your potential and worth. Photography and lose of self consciousness will be part of the curriculum. This class is for the client, who wishes to enhance their personal style and presentation skills through technology and body language.
FI III – is for young adults; ages 15 and upward to adulthood, for both men and women. $400 for personal workshop, half that price for groups of two or more. Styling is for everyone.
FI III- Adults 10 Days – 10 Ways To Become Fit and Fittest. $400 per workshop.
Personal Shopper – Stylist and Consult: $200.00 per hour.
