Teach children how to create their own reality. Through playful, creative meditation, there will be inward success, and teaches children who they really are. Meditation is the study of oneself, allow for expression in all area's of their life and remember we have so much to learn from the innocent spirit of children. All children deserve peace and order. Routines and rituals are important and necessary. The key words for young children are deserving, exploring, approving, and use visual tools as an aid. Using a vocabulary of the heart speaks to all children, ask children to listen to their heart because their heart has the answers to all their questions. Don't hesitate to go down to their level in communication skills, use words that they understand, use cards, pictures, posters, toys, and refrain from stress. Children are like magnets and can sense the stress of those around them. Meditation for children is easy, if they are three, have them sit in a sacred space for three minutes quietly, with their eyes softly closed. If they are four, ask them to meditate for four minutes, and so on. You can introduce them to the I AM meditation, the So Hum breathing meditation, and then engage them by asking them what their experiences were like. If you show success, they will be successful. Enjoy. Continue reading →
