Stepping Into the River of Change

I have been dreaming about blogging for years now, and with the gentle prompting and loving guidance of my neighbor, dear friend, and webmaster Debbie Gray Smith, I am dipping my toes in the refreshing waters of technology. With that said, welcome to my official blog. I am peering out from my cave, stepping into the field of infinite possibilities, excited to be venturing into new unscripted, unfamiliar territory, and looking forward to embracing the uncertainty.

Until my confidence level increases, I will step into the fluid tributary of technology with my life preserver on (Debbie Gray Smith), making gentle observations, while floating, drifting, upstream or downstream wherever the currents take me. It is with great joy and enthusiasm that we travel down these uncharted waters together.

I have a sneaking suspicion that I will love blogging. I have so much to share. I want to tell you about my experiences as a Meditation Instructor, and practitioner. I look forward to sharing The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga with you, regardless of your physical condition~flexibility, after all begins in the mind. I want to announce to the world that yes, you can heal from metastatic malignant cancer and that a quality of life is the number one ingredient for HEALTH. This would be inclusive of emotional health, financial and social health. Since becoming a patient active; my life has transformed from victim to victorious.

A Fall Recipe – Organic Banana Bread

Ingredients:

2 cups sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of kosher salt
2 eggs
3 ripened bananas
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
1 stick of butter or 1/2 cup coconut cream/ghee
1 cup unrefined sugar
